Yes, you could have THIS website in any color you want for a low $750 set-up fee and a $50 hosting & maintenance fee until you no longer need the site. The turnaround time is about 5 business days from the time you provide the content. The work is done by our own team of programmers. We host the site on our server so we handle all server maintenance and upgrades. All you do is provide the textual content, photographs, and your domain name. You may add extra pages (see options below). In addition we provide basic optimization based on your property type and selling market. Upon launch, we submit your website to all major search engines for quicker indexation.

Important notes
We only start the work once the $800 payment made ($750 set-up fee and the first month of hosting). We require a 30 day-cancellation for the hosting. The amount of text and photos on the template you are currently viewing are included in the plan. Additional content can be as low as $10. We will send detail instructions on what type of content and the amount of content you should provide for best results.
